What Word to PDF does
You choose one DOCX file. PDFZaro checks that it is a Word document, converts it, and returns a PDF you can download. The layout follows the document as closely as the converter can. It is not a pixel-for-pixel copy of Microsoft Word, and a font that is not available may change where lines wrap.
Privacy
This tool uploads the DOCX. The file is converted on PDFZaro and deleted after processing, including when conversion fails. It is not sent to a third-party conversion service. The PDF does not keep the document title, author, subject, or keywords. The file name is shown on this page and used for the download. It is not sent to analytics.
Limits
One DOCX file, up to 20 MB. Password-protected documents and macro-enabled files are rejected. There is no password field. DOC, DOCM, and other office formats are not accepted.
What this tool does not promise
- Identical pagination to Microsoft Word.
- Every font named in the document.
- SmartArt, charts, equations, or embedded spreadsheets.
- A tagged or PDF/A file.
Questions
Does this accept DOC files?
No. The file must be a DOCX document.
Will the PDF match Word exactly?
Ordinary text, tables, headers, and page size are converted with an office layout engine. Missing fonts can change line breaks. It is not a claim of a pixel-perfect Word export.
Is the file kept?
No. The DOCX and the PDF are deleted after the conversion finishes or fails.
Can I unlock a password-protected document?
No. Those files are rejected, and this page does not ask for a password.
