What Organize PDF does

You choose one PDF and arrange its pages. Each card keeps the original page number and shows the current position. The order of the cards is the order of the new PDF. It is not sorted back to 1, 2, 3. The download is one PDF named pdfzaro-organized.pdf. Rotating, deleting, and extracting pages are separate tools.

Privacy

Reading, previews, reordering, and the download happen in this browser. The PDF bytes are not posted to PDFZaro. The page loads its scripts, the page preview, and the page engine from this site. That traffic is the program, not your document. The new file keeps the pages you already had, in the order you chose. The title, an attachment, or a document action can remain. This tool does not sanitize a PDF. The file name, the page order, and the text inside the PDF are not sent to analytics.

Limits

One PDF, up to 40 MB and 200 pages. Every page stays in the file. A one-page PDF can still be saved. Encrypted files are rejected. There is no password field. A file that contains a digital-signature marker is rejected, because changing it can invalidate the signature. That check does not recognize every signed PDF.

What this tool does not promise

  • Rotation, deletion, or duplication of pages.
  • Removal of the document title, attachments, or document JavaScript.
  • PDF/A conformance after the file is saved.
  • A guarantee about tagged PDF structure.
  • A complete cryptographic check of every digital signature.

Questions

Are PDFs uploaded?

No. Reordering runs in your browser. The site does not receive the file bytes, the file name, or the text inside the PDF.

Does this redraw the page?

No. The pages stay as PDF pages. The thumbnails are only a picture on this screen.

Does the new file sort itself?

No. The card order is the file order. Moving original page 5 to the front makes that page first.

Does the Arabic page reverse the pages?

No. The page row stays in document order, from the first page to the last.

Why is a signed PDF rejected?

Saving a reordered file can invalidate a digital signature. PDFZaro refuses a file when it sees a signature marker, and it does not offer to continue. Some signed files do not show that marker and will not be caught.

Can I unlock a password-protected PDF?

No. Those files are rejected, and this page does not ask for a password.
